"The personal works evolved as an affirmation of my deepest instincts gleaned from life experiences and the desire to express human emotion. These works were created in a manner that might be perceived experimental or experiential that unfolds as a creative process rather than as a preconceived narrative. They are an extension of myself, my dreams, and my earthly and spiritual philosophies." (e.g. Self-portrait of the Artist Being Pursued by a Large Mouth Bass, Sphere, Gravitrons, Cybo-man, Blue Eyeball ) Many of the Bills sculptures were purchased by private collectors through gallery and various exhibition venues.
